Nutrition






Finally, warm days have come! Today I wanna tell you a few food suggestions which you can add to your everyday menu! I go to the gym 3 times a week and if you wanna keep yourself fit... Just keep watching! (Not a diet! Just a way to stay healthy and feel yourself good!)





















To start with, I wanna tell that one of the greatest ways to keep yourself healthy is to have breakfast!
I know that not everybody have breakfast and also that someone eats sandwiches in the morning.
I think that I'm commonplace but the best way is to eat oatmeal! You can make it so delicious and enjoy. You can make it low-calorie without using milk and replace it with water. I eat oatmeal longer than a year and I can guarantee that your stomach will feel itself really good!
















Secondly, for your dinner you can (but I think you should) choose a soup!
It's low-calorie, tasty and nourishing! I prefer eating low-calorie vegetable soups with white meet or fish.
It is such a good way to keep yourself fit.


















As for supper, I would like to suggest you eating vegetable/fruit salads (or other dishes made of them, because it's healthy and low-calorie). I really like to eat fruit or vegetables.

 




I also wanna add some information about snacks. I prefer eating muesli bars and crisps with fiber! It's good enough whey you are on way and don't have any time to eat in the cafe, restaurant or go home!

Also there are some alternatives! Everything depends on you! You can eat fish or chicken for supper with buckwheat or salad with bacon, or boiled squids! It's not bad if it low-fat (or non - fat ) and low-calorie.






















Remember that normally you should drink almost 1,5 l. of water!























It won't be bad if you take some vitamins in pills and some protein in form of powder which you can dissolve in water. Person, who goes to the gym and has an active way of life should take 2 grams per one kilogram!
